IDR is seeking a DevOps Engineer Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will help design and scale CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation that enable reliable, cloud-native application delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with release engineering stakeholders to support resilient deployments and continuous improvement across the software lifecycle.
Position Overview for the DevOps Engineer Lead
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and improve release throughput
- Lead infrastructure automation efforts to support scalable, resilient environments
- Drive cloud-native deployments with best practices for reliability and performance
- Partner with release engineers and release managers to manage release engineering responsibilities
Requirements for the DevOps Engineer Lead
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in CI/CD Pipeline Automation
- 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes
- 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Automation
- 4+ years of experience with Cloud-Native Deployments
