Entry Level Database Developer

Position Overview for the Database Developer:

• Create and enhance programs in SQL and PL/SQL to improve applications and reporting of data
• Assist in converting from Oracle to PostgreSQL
• Write code based on business requirements to meet stakeholder goals
• Enhance databases based on specifications and perform tests
• Oversee the usage/performance/storage of RDBMS that are in place

 

Required Skills for the Database Developer:

• 1+ years' experience developing PL/SQL and SQL from scratch
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Oracle databases 
• Prior experience with AWS is a plus!
• Strong ability to communicate with Business and Technical teams
