Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Global Events Manager:The Events Manager Contractor will support events across the technology portfolio globally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences that reflect our brand and engage our audience. This individual will work in partnership with the Strategic Events Team and external agencies to support and execute global events.
Required Skills for Events Manager
- 8+ years' experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats, including the delivery of large-scale, innovative programs
- Experience creating pre-event planning decks and post-event summary presentations.
Must be able to work in parallel on multiple programs simultaneously, within agreed deadlines and budgets. - Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, track projects and meet urgent deadlines.
