Key Responsibilities:
Enter and double-check sales compensation data regularly to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Oversee and administer sales compensation plans, including commissions, bonuses, and incentive structures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Conduct routine audits of sales compensation data to ensure alignment with wage and hour laws and company objectives.
Serve as a point of contact for the sales team, answering questions related to their pay and compensation plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as HR, Finance, and Sales Operations to optimize compensation processes and systems.
Participate in special projects including system upgrades, compensation plan reviews, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Understanding of incentive compensation plans and how commissions and bonuses are calculated.
