Position Overview for the Lead React Developer:We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with deep expertise in both React.js and React Native to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, contribute directly to codebases, and collaborate across design, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless cross-platform user experiences
Required Top Skills for the Lead React Developer:- 6+ years of experience in Web/Mobile App development using React
- 3+ years of experience working with React Native
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, Context API, and component-based architecture.
- Experience in building responsive UIs and cross-platform components
- Proficient in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and working in Agile environment
