IDR is seeking a LMS Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing and optimizing various learning management systems within a professional services environment, ensuring smooth backend operations and system integrations to support enterprise learning initiatives.
Position Overview for the LMS Administrator:
- Responsible for maintaining the stability, configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the LMS environment.
- Ensures the integrity of backend system configuration, supports scalable development, and establishes operational processes.
- Acts as the technical steward of the LMS, ensuring performance reliability, data accuracy, and integration stability.
- Supports enterprise learning and compliance objectives through system performance and data management.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and documentation.
Requirements for the LMS Administrator:
- 3-5 years of experience administering an enterprise LMS
- Strong understanding of backend configuration, system security, metadata, and automation workflows
- Experience supporting integrations between LMS and downstream systems
- Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI applications, or digital enablement initiatives
