Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator:
 

• Support the planning and execution of promotional and operational activities related to our client's private label and co-brand credit card programs.

• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timelines and tasks are executed successfully.

• Assist with coordinating marketing and merchandising activities, including promotional campaigns, cardholder offers, and lifecycle communications.

• Track marketing and creative production timelines and update key stakeholders on progress.

• Support reporting activities by gathering and organizing data for marketing performance metrics.

Required Skills for Marketing Coordinator:
 

• 2+ years of retail marketing project management experience.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with project tracking tools such as Asana and Ariba is a plus.

• Outstanding attention to detail, timelines, and deadlines.

• Ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
