A normal day: We normally start our day with a meeting with all of the SCP teams. We talk about release schedules and management and then dive into newly created bugs for the whole team to consider. We then have a team standup to discuss what work is in the queue, who wants to work on what and how things are going. Our standups helps us identify blockers, answer questions about priorities, make requests for help, and share news.
After those first two calls, you could experience:
- A couple hours in the lab (especially at the beginning as you are learning our tools and techniques)
- Vendor calls (to discuss bugs that you found or are working on)
- Shadowing a coworker
- Writing documentation and organizing your data
- Learning more about everything
