Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Responsible for sorting, processing, and receiving “Returned to Sender” mail.
  • Entering critical data into Excel and Salesforce as required.
  • Operate standard office equipment regularly, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure timely restocking.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory and transactions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to field operations and corporate teams.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be well-organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality work.
  • Receptive to feedback, coaching, and continuous development.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard office equipment.
