IDR is seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT. This role is part of a dynamic Talent and Culture organization within a growing industry. The position focuses on managing the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and compliant start for new hires across multiple roles and regions.
Position Overview for the Onboarding Coordinator:
- Manage and guide candidates through the entire onboarding process, providing support and troubleshooting in SuccessFactors
- Oversee background checks and drug screens, follow up with candidates, and manage adverse action procedures
- Review and validate onboarding data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with hiring requirements
- Partner with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to resolve onboarding issues and keep hiring timelines on track
- Support updates to onboarding processes, tools, and documentation, driving adoption of new workflows
Requirements for the Onboarding Coordinator:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS is a plus
