IDR is seeking a
Public Safety IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients in
Arlington, TX. This person will be leading and managing complex, large-scale IT projects within the Public Safety department.
Position Overview:The Public Safety IT Project Manager will be responsible for the replacement of public safety systems to Motorola. The Project Manager will be in charge of replacing body cameras, dashcams, and interview room cameras. The Project Manager will also be leading a radio replacement project.
Top Skills:- 3+ years of experience in managing large technology projects in a public safety background (police, EMS, fire)
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute)
Nice to Have:- Experience working with Motorola Radio System
- Experience replacing body cameras, dash cameras, & interview room cameras
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, Mathematics, or related field.
