IDR is seeking a Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves supporting hiring efforts across various business units, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview coordination in a fast-paced environment. The company operates within the real estate investment, development, construction, and property management industry, offering an employee-focused and collaborative workplace.
Position Overview for the Recruiter:
- Support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations across multiple business units.
- Manage ATS workflows and candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to qualify job openings and coordinate interviews.
- Prospect passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Requirements for the Recruiter:
- 2-5 years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working within ATS systems and recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting coordination.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
