Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Architect:

• Architect and design a custom ServiceNow application

• Lead the development of an intuitive intake and approval interface, emphasizing human-centered design

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement intelligent automation workflows

• This is a part-time contract role for a period of 5+ months, with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance

Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development, including App Engine and Service Portal

• Proven experience in an architect role for custom application design and deployment

• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into usable, business-friendly solutions

• Experience with third-party integrations

• Ability to drive solution architecture discussions and document scalable design patterns across teams

• Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM or ITSM
