Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Architect:
- Serve as a Technical Lead for the project, providing architectural oversight and guiding design decisions
- Collaborate closely with our client's internal teams and stakeholders
- Refine requirements, manage user stories, and facilitate sprint ceremonies (standups, demos)
- Conduct system testing, prepare for UAT, plan for go-live, and provide post-deployment support

Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Lead, with strong expertise in TPRM (Third party risk management) and GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) modules
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including architecture, design, and agile delivery
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with a focus on knowledge transfer and stakeholder collaboration
- Certified Implementation Specialist (at least two CIS certifications)
