Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Architect:

- Lead a Policy and Compliance implementation for our client's global industrial operations
- Serve as the technical and functional lead, driving key aspects of solution design, sprint execution, testing, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment of ServiceNow's IRM capabilities
- This is a part-time position

Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Lead, with specific expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Policy and Compliance
- Proven success in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including architecture, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including user story refinement, sprint management, and demos
- Skilled in system testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a focus on knowledge transfer and collaboration
- Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (min 2)
