IDR is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst preferably in the Denver area. This is a hybrid position. This is a long-term contract role! This is a team that is starting to expand and looking for more great teammates!
Position Overview:
Design IT solutions to meet the business' strategic goals by eliciting requirements from product managers, product directors, product owners, UX teammates, business SMEs, development and QA leads, and executive leadership.
Must Have skills:
- senior experience BAs who can lead projects. don't just gather the requirements, lead the project with product managers.
- need seasoned BAs who can come in and understand the process well and run with it.
- Business Intelligence space. even more focused on data visualizations (reports, dashboards). usually converting tableau reports that have outgrown the space. they are using Cognos/Cognos analytics.
- large scale exposure to industrial strength processes - worked with large projects.
- SQL
- Confluence/Jira
