This is a fully onsite position; candidates must be local to Downtown ATL!Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Business Analyst:- Act as a liaison between the IT organization and the business partner, analyzing business issues, defining requirements, creating screen designs, and recommending automated system controls and protocols.
- Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements.
- Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, keeping the team within timeline and budget.
- Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
Required Skills for Sr. Business Analyst:- 5+ years’ experience in IT Business Analysis.
- 3+ years experience working with Lucidchart to create process flows, screen designs and user story maps.
- 3+ years experience writing and maintaining user stories in JIRA.
- Experience in software development methodologies, like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
- Ability to travel throughout the State 10% out of the year to meet with stakeholders and gather requirements.
