Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Technical Support Analyst:
- Provide technical support in our client's contact center that supports the Global Service Desk and Digital Experience Centers
- Engage with both technical and non-technical customers to resolve a variety of issues including installations, upgrades, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Work within a ticketing system (ServiceNow) to receive and resolve technical issues, ensuring proper documentation and record of resolution process
- Adhere to service delivery standards and KPIs while constantly supporting efforts to improve, simplify, and automate service delivery experience
Required Skills for the Technical Support Analyst:
- Strong experience in customer engagement and technical support
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Comprehensive knowledge of technologies found commonly in an IT workplace: Microsoft OS both Client and Server, Microsoft Office, Web based Application/Interfaces
